About Our Founder
Meet Trinity A. Hummons
Trinity A. Hummons is a workforce strategist, organizational leader, and community advocate with a singular conviction: that people — when equipped, empowered, and invested in — are the greatest asset any organization will ever have.
As the Founder and Director of Flux Logistics, LLC, Trinity brings more than a decade of executive-level experience in strategic leadership, program development, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Alabama Office of Minority Affairs, where she leads statewide initiatives in workforce development, talent retention, and career readiness — work that deepens her commitment to the communities Flux Logistics serves every day.
A certified life coach since 2016, Colorado Technical University graduate, and founder of For the People Power Project — which has provided free life-skills training to Alabamians since 2010 — Trinity leads with both her head and her heart. She is guided by faith, fueled by purpose, and devoted to building a legacy of generational impact through every engagement, every client, and every community she touches.
